PCV/breather

I am running aftermarket boss style valve covers, I have a pcv in the drivers side, do I just run a breather on the other side? Or pcv also?

I do have ram air style air cleaner, and cant seem to pin down all the pieces for the breather to air cleaner. I have the little plastic filter thing for air cleaner, having a hard time with tube, and fitting in valve cover.

The little filter on the inside of the air cleaner base goes to the right rear valve cover, with a short hose, 90 degree elbow & grommet. The little tube connection right next to that for the gas tank vent are very hard to find. The pcv valve goes inside the oil filler cap, and that goes to carb.
