Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you have done much work on polaris atv's? My wife has a 2000trailblazer 250 2stroke. Well it recently blew up so i am in the process of rebuilding it and hopping it up some for her. It was pretty gutless stock. I bored it .020 over to clean up the cylinder, shaved the head.020 for more compression, installed a new carb off a 400 polaris, installed a fmf fatty pipe, had the flywheel shaved for beter throttle response, also ported the cylinder with a race logic port kit, and bought a clutch kit for it. Which brings me to my question, have any of you ever had the clutch assembly apart on a polaris to change the springs and weights/?? I have been looking online about it and it doesnt look too difficult. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. This little thing should really get up and go after im done with it :D Any info is appriciated thanks Kevin

Heres a pic of my 5 year old son riding it!! He loves that thing
