My door glass rattles on both sides. I think there's a pretty in-depth Ford procedure to set these up correctly. Anyone have a copy? I'd like to go through the process.

Once you remove the door panels, you should be able to start checking things to find what has loosened up.   Check that glass is secure in the assembly.  There are basically three glass position adjustment aspects:  1) fore & aft adjustment, 2) tilt and 3) up limit & down limit.

Be careful tightening bolts.  It's easy to strip out threads which will create bigger issues. 

Since it's a convertible, the fit of the top frame and weatherstripping play a big part.  My experience with aftermarket weatherstripping (pretty much the only option these days) made adjusting the door and quarter window glass a prolonged exercise in frustration & patience to reach a good consistent seal against wind / rain.

Don't forget to replace the "anti-rattle" assemblies. Check with Don @ Ohio Mustang. I would bet that is 95% of your rattle issue, it was mine.
