Rear quarters

I am looking for help , I am almost ready for paint on my 1971 coupe , have it primed and wet sanded ( for the most part ) and did not realize that the aftermarket quarters came with holes for 1973 only Rear bumper, fillers
Don t know best way to loose them at this stage any help or thoughts would be a great help , hoping it sees paint around Xmas . With Santa Claus help ! Lol

Weld them up then re-prime those areas.
