rebuilt tilt steering column

I am looking for someone to rebuilt my tilt steering column. any suggestions?

Good luck! I did mine, but only because I bought what I thought was a 'good-used' column from ebay only to discover that it was also broken. I pretty much had to make a good column between the two bad ones I now had. I got lucky that the pieces broken in each were different, but even then, the 'rebuilt' column feels looser than I would like.

I'm thinking I'll eventually be changing it out for a Flaming River column. One of our members, Autoedit, is adapting a universal Flaming River 32" column for his '73. That's the direction I'll likely be going. Here's his thread here:
