Howdy,
My son and I have been working on a white 71 Mach 1 off an on for several years. We are hoping to build a little momentum going into 2014 and make some real progress this year.
The car is an econo Mach 1 with a 302 and 3-speed. The engine has been rebuilt as a roller and is a little impatient to get back in the car.
I drive a 69 F250 that has been in our family for three generations. I had the 360 rebuilt about ten years ago to a 9.5:1 410. It burns California gas real good, like ten miles to the gallon good. We're hoping the Mach 1 gets closer to 20 mpg and can be a well mannered daily driver.
