rocker arm

Hey guys, I have a pic here of a rocker arm from a 351c. While in the process of installing a new intake, I had to remove & turn around 2 oil deflectors that the PO installed wrong. On one of the rocker arms, I noticed what looks like a pit in it. The other one looked fine, & the valve stem for this rocker also looks fine. This motor has only 2000 miles since a mild rebuild. No unusual noise, no signs of metal in oil at all.

Should I replace? Should I check all others now? Thank's for any help, John
