Yes the dates and names of the Concourse shows are big clues! I got excited about the Levi Special Gremlin of which I thnk they really did make as well as Jeep around the same time... Ray

They did make the Levi Gremlin. I grew up in AMC town. My father-in-law had a Levi edition Gremlin with an Audi four cylinder from the factory. It was a short production run of a few cars they marketed Audi engines in. I tried to convince him to let me buy it just to say I was driving an Audi 9rather than the Pacer i had at the time) I know, I know fish bowl. It did start at -20 when no other car in the neighborhood would. I also noted the April fools connection.

This line of text under the picture helps:

"Barrett-Jackson’s spring Moon Base 5 auction has been attracting collectors to Earth’s nearest satellite since its inception three years ago, and this year was no exception. The sky was definitely not the limit for these bidders; the auction house realized $525 million on the sale of 88 lots. The top seller was a 1975 Bricklin SV-1 that brought $46 million, a record for the marque."

From Wikipedia:

"The Bricklin SV-1 was a gull-wing door sports car assembled in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The body panels were manufactured in a separate plant in Minto, New Brunswick."
