I just had this problem with my brother's 351w, I soaked it a couple of days with PB and WD40. Then I tapped the base with a hammer along with tapping the block and eventually it came loose with a lot of muscle. ATF and acetone is supposed to be one of the best penetrating oils according to a friend of mine anyway, never tried it personally. Maybe even try soaking it in vinegar.

Kroil is great penetrating oil.

Best stuff I have ever used period. I have made many posts on it on here
