Always thought this was a local event, never knew it went

international. There are very strict and explicit rules about how to

build your car. It is a level playing field as I recall. Some kid whose

father owns a hog farm can compete nose to nose with a kid whose

father is a NASA physicist that has access to all the latest "parts".
