The PO did a lot of shady stuff,  find something new everyday.

 Hate to say this, just me speaking, I'd park it and pull it apart to where I can accurately determine what the hell has been done. Then make a plan to correct it and do it the most cost effective way. It's hard for anyone to say without more pictures of the entire car. If you want to, perhaps start a new thread called "Shady Stuff" or something like that.

These stories intrigue me and I'm sure, many others on the forum, so why not share the gory details!
