So the last 4 days I've been in the field helping run a firing range, and just now I got on here and was like "lets catch up on the unread posts..." .

Man you guys are some posting fools! 704 unread posts...I think I'm going to just click mark forums read and start from scratch...

By the way, fully automatic grenade launchers are good fun. Look up the Mark 19 on google.

I usually try and keep up by using the view new posts button. My unread reads 6529! I guess I'll do the same :-/

And I'm leading it further astray, but I have to concur with you, Steve. The 1911A1 was the only thing I could shoot with much accuracy. I earned the Expert medal with it in the Navy about 100 years ago.

Just kidding, I qual'd expert with the Beretta M9, but IMO the 1911 leaves the Beretta in the dust.

Actually it was a prototype, they were breaking to many rubber bands on the sling shots.

Haha, we're twins! I've got the Springer stainless mil-spec as well. Probably replace the arched mainspring housing with a flat one though.
