I'm running this cam with a 393 and iron 4V heads.

Tons of power, but idle is rough below 1000 rpm Vacuum at idle is 11 at best. Due to the lift, I think a stud girdle and taller rocker arm studs and tall valve covers are necessary. I am running a 5 speed and 3.89 gears with 26 tires. I added Calvert traction bars and am looking for bigger stickier tires as the 255's just aren't close to enough.

I'd suggest milder and hydraulic roller unless you intend the car for drag racing

Plan on traction issues still, but with a good running 408, I suspect any cam will get you there.

Very nice heads. I would also suggest a Hyd Roller will be easy to live with and should be able to deliever some nice Tq numbers. Assuming nice fat mid range is what you want for your streeter. Maybe something like a lunati Voodoo or a Camtech roller CT2021 49907-110. All dependant on the rest of your combo.

I looked at those heads for my 408 build. But ended up going with AFD4v aluminum heads. Roy, TnFastback, was running these heads with good results so that's what swayed me towards the AFD's in stead of the Trickflow. Im sure you will have great results with those heads. I would definitely go with an all Roller top end. Im running a big mutha thumper Hydraulic roller cam setup and love it. Machine shop est. it at 550+HP. Thanks. Definitely leaning towards the hyd roller. The guy doing the build was bragging up his flow bench so hopefully will get some numbers to compare to the advertised.
