What is this gas tank plate called?

I can't seem to find the correct wording to find a replacement. Plus the original has a metal plate under the rubber. Do the reproductions have the same metal plate? TIA

4mm, that is the filler pipe to trunk floor seal (D1ZZ-9008-A) Don (Ohio Mustang Supply) has those and the F-992 screw kit for fastening that seal. If you are chasing a fuel smell there is also a seal that fits in the tank that the filler pipe fits into. (DIZZ-9072-A)
