It is still available through your local Ford dealer parts dept. It's Motorcraft part # is DY141. List price is $38.07 (My local dealer sells it for $26.07)

Info:

DY141 (yellow ammeter/junction block)normal for convertible cars

DY91 (black ammeter/junction block)for engine bay (maybe no longer available anymore, see NOS or used one)

They are the same only the color is different.
