All,
Somewhere along the way, I read that to get the plastic pieces that are snapped in, out, without breaking the plastic clips, is to soak the part in really hot water for approx. 30 minutes or so. Well, it works.
The other part is the grill chrome trim clips that you can do the same way. Get them in really hot water for some 30 minutes or so, then pop them in.
Once I am finished restoring the housing, in the hot water she goes, to soften up the plastic.
