The F.A.S.T. racing series ( Factory Appearing, Stock Tires)is pretty cool for guys who like old muscle cars.
The cars can have any invisible mods you want, but must appear visually 100% stock, down to the skinny bias-ply tires. The engines must look stock also.
The record set several years ago still stands: Lane Carry's 1971 Mach 1 429 SCJ turned a 1/4 mile run of 9.84 @ 139.9 mph.
That is seriously fast for any modified car, let alone one that is restrjcted to these rules.
My car, which looks identical, is just a tad slower. What's 3 or 4 measly seconds snyway?
