looking for front and rear spoilers'72 mustang..maybe side paint to match mirrors,if reasonable! prefer pick up in central NJ, going to eastern PA on Tuesday to pick up rims

Also, if you have real good tires let me know, 215/70/14

mirrors would either be chrome or for racing mirrors would be body color.

Speaking from been there done that..

If i had to do it over again I would NOT mess with used side sport mirrors!

The used mirrors are worn out and the glass is sloppy and shake but

can be repaired by breaking glass now you need new glass, gaskets, screws

and sand them down they will be full of nicks and dings etc.

I would opt for repops from OMS or CJPP or the like if I did over!

would it be cheesey to place a chrome one on the passenger side since there is a chrome one on the drivers?

It wouldn't be cheesy at all, providing you can find a passenger side mate to the driver side chrome mirror (good luck with that, in other words... I don't believe there is such an animal - I could easily be wrong though...).

You would be better off going the route Paul suggested and getting some repop sport mirrors from one of the vendors.

Call Don at Ohio Mustang Supply, he might actually have a nice set of used sport mirrors and/or might even know if there are passenger side chrome mirrors available, and possibly even where to find one.

TIP

If you arnt doing a concourse correct car than troll ebay like me.

examples..

rear spoiler new repop + short pedastels+ $80

Front spoiler used $30

full floor console complete less ashtray cover .. couple small cracks $60

used standard door panels with upper trim $40

AM radio with nice bezel $20

Center console with gauges $30

The trick is to troll ebay every day if you can and search for

parts that are listed poorly. Like 717273 whatever part and a "buy it now"

If you do a broad search like "mustang parts or trim" you would be surprised

what comes up that you would otherwise never see.

I would not post this other than the fact that I pretty much have a complete car after a year of gathering parts.
