That looks like a do-able project if the price was lower, maybe $1000 or so.

I mean we have it good. There's way more aftermarket and repo suppport for mustangs than just about any other car. I'd hate to see the cost to fix that up even if it was given to me.

Don't disparage the Bill Brownlie-designed (68-70) Chargers...thier values rival and sometimes exceed some of the nicer Mustangs.

Thier fan base is every bit as obsessed with them as we are with ours. The "Dukes' has only served to strengthen the legend and popularity of that model.

LEE 1 was put together from less than that.

Problem is, there isn't anything about a 318 car that justifies the expense of replacing just about every bit of sheet metal on it.

From the look of the Dusters behind it, this fellow is well aware of that fact too.

What a shame. I think these cars are 1 of if not the best looking cars of all time, any colour any angle they just look awesome. I would have a tidy 318 car in a shot it would save me heaps of cash over a 440/426 car and I could run it Tubbed and Blown with out feeling guilty and probably still have some change in my pocket over a stock R/T . Not that I would be disappointed with a stock R/T at all
