Im at the point during the restoration process of installing the front valance onto my fenders.....I have an aftermarket valance so im trying to figure out how it should line up with my fenders. Right now when I have them bolted together and you run your hand down the fender there is about a half inch set back to the valance. I was expecting it to be out even with the fender. Which way is correct?
