Check the fit of your taillights against the new panel. There have been a couple reports of brackets welded in the wrong location. If not discovered until after the car is painted, makes for a PITA to fix.
I can send the vent with a new o-ring and metal lock ring I received extra with the new fuel tank. I throw those in for free. Don't see me needing them any time soon.

Cool. I'll check the lights against the panel, and if the bolt holes line up, I will use this one. I think it's from CJ Pony parts.
I had heard more recent tail panel versions are better, but this is probably fine.
It is highly recommended to check the fit of your tail lights to the panel before you weld it in place. The panel I bought had the mounting tabs improperly located on one side and I had to move them. I didn't discover this until it was welded in place. It would have been much much easier to do on a workbench.

Who sells a tried and true tail panel I don't have to worry about ?
The one I mentioned came from CJ Pony. I just looked and they don't list who makes it for them. The fit was good, other than those tabs, but had I checked them right after receiving (often not the case with me) I would have asked for a replacement.
I have Sherman panels for a ranchero that look to be good quality. I understand Dynacorn to be good, but don't really know. Someone else with more experience will likely be able to give better feedback than I have to offer.

This tail panel is shite. Even after modifying it, the light fitment is not good, and is nothing like factory fitment of the lights in the old panel. Two of the fastener holes do not line up well either, like everyone said might happen.
This panel is going in the scrap pile, Back to the drawing board

On my car, the only panel that is not original is the taillight panel. The original had rust pin holes starting so when it was repainted, I chose to replace it. I just missed out on an NOS one, so had to buy a repop. The one I got was from NPD. The material thickness was good and no issues with fitment. I don't know the manufacturer, but I don't think it was Scott Drake. I avoid SD whenever I can, mostly garbage imo.

Hmm, this is the better one of the two listed. READ the spec and reviews on both. Check other parts suppliers as well, CJ, Summit etc.

I'm tempted to cut out the center section of this not-so-great panel and weld it to the tailight sections that are still on the car. The previous owner did a fairly nice job on the vertical cuts.
I know that's ghetto, but it's doable.
