I have a near new set of 235/60 R14 magnum 500's w/ running horse center caps and Tiger Paw rubbers for sale. The rubber is about 75%, one tire has a drill bit nick in it, will leave it up to you if you want to drive on it. The rest are in great shape. As far as the rims, the chrome is excellent, one rim has some diff fluid on the back side from a leaky axle seal. Black paint is fully intact. If your interested leave me your email. I'm thinking $850 plus shipping for full set of rims and tires, or shoot me a reasonable offer. These are repro's not originals. I will email pics if your interested. Thanks...............Omie

I have 14" Magnums on my car - and they look fine but I don't think 14" were available ex factory for our cars were they? My tires are good but are very old so I'm thinking of changing, and if I'm going to change then maybe I'll go to 15" at the same time. But first I'd appreciate knowing whether 14" were ever available ex factory - my current thinking is they were not.

You are correct. No 14 inch Magnum 500 wheels AND no Magnum 500's for our cars EVER used trim rings. Original 15" Magnums are a little different than the new 15" repops. The repops are pretty decent though.

The originals used different caps depending on the year...

73's had a slotted aluminum wheel that replaced the Magnums. No Magnums original for 1973 Mustangs.

This is the second car I have had that the previous owner switched to 14's. GRRRR!!! I know its because they are cheaper, but not by much!! I would just like to see these tires find a nice home!!:D
