OEM ram air setup for 1971-1973 Mustangs. These are original Ford Parts. Includes air cleaner base, air cleaner lid, seal, plenum, right and left hand scoops and the correct screws, hoses and hose clips. Does not include the air cleaner snorkel. These parts are in excellent condition. No rust, dents or extra holes in air cleaner. Plenum in perfect shape. Scoops are excellent and flapper valve motors both work. The only flaw is on the RH scoop. It had a crack on the bottom when I got it. I sent it to a plastic restorer for repair. You have to look very hard to see any evidence of the repair on the outside of the scoop. The repair work in the inside of the scoop is obvious (see photo) although this is not visible when the scoop is installed. The visible side of the plenum was painted for cosmetic reasons, not to cover up any damage. The back of the plenum is still the original fiberglass finish. The flapper valve motors were painted to duplicate the original factory finish. The plenum has a very faint 7-9-1 scribbled on the underside which might be the date of manufacture (July 9th, 1971?). The seal is complete and still flexible but has age cracks. Free shipping. $1200.00
