- 1973 Mustang Sportsroof. Currently a work in progress!!!
Hey folks,
Tough decision but I'm going to sell my 1973 SportRoof.
Here are some details.
1973 Mustang Project.
What is has:
Rebuild 351 Cleveland - not original to the car.
- Machine work was expertly done by Gary's here in Tucson.
- Details
- It is a 1972 351C block
- Bored .040
- Crank .020 and Stock cam
- Flattop pistons
- Everything else baring, rods, lifters, push rods all new from a kit.
- Engine is in the car but has not been started.
- It was heavily lubed with assembly lube
- It is regularly turned over by hand.
- Edelbrock 4bbl CARB 800 CFM ELEC CHOKE
- Edelbrock Performer 2750 Intake Manifold
Transmission is a C6 Automatic. It is out of the car.
Recently had the brake lines replaces. (it will need shoes and pad - I do have some new parts for the brakes)
I've patched the floor in two spots with after market panels.
Floors now have been totally sealed and cover with heat and sound proofing and new carpet in stalled.
Roof has been sound and heat proofed as well as the rear quarter panels.
Engine bay as been cleaned up and painted.
Car is in primer with some minor surface rust.
All weather striping has been replaced (door's trunk)
All window felt has been replaces.
I have used replacement glass for the door and a lot of parts that I won't list here.
I'm looking to sell it for about $10,000 or best offer.
