As I posted before, when I first switched to LED's, I bought the Extreme series, but was not happy with them, so I upgraded to the Elite series II, white bulbs and used the blue domes as they were in perfect condition. In my car, I have idiot lights, now converted to a Rocketman's tach / idiot lights, BUT it is still VERY IMPORTANT to NOT replace the ALT bulb with an LED or SMD. It MUST remain an incandescent 194 bulb and that's been discussed many times.

NOTE: if you have ANY question or concerns, contact Bill at Hi-Po Parts and I know he will bend over backwards to help. He did for me big time.

In the photo above I did not pull out anything and went with the factory color on the led bulbs.  I would suspect the light would be even brighter if the filters were pulled but this was good enough for me.

 Your instrument panel illumination looks to be plenty bright.
