3 Spoke Horn Rim Steering Wheel Upgrade

I am ready to upgrade my 2 spoke Steering wheel to a 3 spoke Horn
Rim Steering Wheel. Will the horn still work going from a plug in wire connector on the existing 2 spoke wheel going to the Horn Rim 3 spoke?
