All 71-73 351 4bl "M" and 351 CJ "Q" used the same exhaust manifolds. If you want to verify, I've listed the Ford part number and corresponding engineering number. Right side is DOAZ-9430-B (DOAE-9430-B or G) Left side D1ZZ-9431-B (D1ZE-9431-BA)

Sounds like a good time to get a great deal on some exhaust manifolds!
