I'll agree with replacing the fuel lines, but I'm one that prefers the pre-bent lines. Mustangs Unlimited has the Classic Tube kits for $100 in stainless, or $75 for steel, both with free shipping.

ah yes the free shipping... always forget how spoiled you guys are :D

@RumbleFish

The choice is yours, but HemiKiller is right, if you can get a set for under 100, its no brainer to me...

In case you go that way vs making them, to install the long one, remember to first lay the line under the car and do the front side first (hole is under the master brake cyl) and that you will need a piece of ethanol resistant piece of flexible there and at the pump too. If you insert the tube on the line, it will not get loose because of the grommet on the apron and be your third hand while you lift on the back. I've found duct tape handy to hold the line as near as each screw/holders.

The first piece at the pump, can be tricky, so do not get mad if it doesn't go as planned on first try, you don't want bend it, I recall there is some rotation to give to it and it then goes right in. May be HemiKiller has a trick. Also the metal screws are likely corroded, there is I think 5 or 6, I'd replace them too, with a nice thin layer of grease.
