351C stock oil pan depth??

Hey guys Im not at home to check, so i figured i would ask on here and see if anyone knows off hand. How deep are our oil pans for a 351C? Was thinking of getting a new oil pan for the new motor but i cant really go any deeper than stock because it will hit the road. Any help would be great thanks.

The pan is approximately 8.5 " from the top edge to bottom of the sump.

I used the Canton pan with the extra quart capacity front sump and it is actually 1/2 inch shallower. Very good quality. Be sure to get the oil pump parts to fit whatever pan you use. My builder swears by the OEM Ford shaft, and warned against high volume pumps for street. I believe the Canton pan was baffled and included a windage tray.
