429 headers

anyone have any trouble with hooker supercomp headers in 429 c6 ive already paid for them hoping its not another problem thats a 600 dollar prob thank for ur advice

I did not have any real issues with the install on my '73 Grande with the 472 motor.

I did go with the '71 429SCJ springs though as I seem to recall that the headers hung a bit low with the stock (original 302 Motor) springs.

No issues with installing them on my 460/c6 73 Mach 1.

They are reported to fit well although I went with FPA's because I wanted to lower my car a bit.

They definitely don't leave much ground clearance. I was pretty lucky on finding mine. I constantly watch craigslist for parts and found a good used set for $100......couldn't hardly believe it.
