It is 3k blue glow base/clear. The pictures don't do it justice. It looks fantastic in person. Thanks!

I have just been working on little things. Installed outside door handles, window glass in doors. So, no updated pictures yet. I just pulled the steering box and column so I will try to document the rebuild of the column. Thanks for all of your support!
