WOW that looks like really poor quality control ! I will have to check mine that is still in the box waiting to be installed.... Hopefully it looks better than the carpet on the photo's you've posted!

I agree. Which one did you buy the one with the sound deadener or the basic?

Agreed with Mustang 7173. That is horrible. Send it back. I got mine from Stock Interiors. I went with the Cut pile Vs the loop though but the quality was fantastic, fit was perfect with plenty of extra for trimming off.

Yeah - I'd send 'em back.

Even though I went with cut-pile, mine was just fine - not like that at all.

This is the second carpet, first one was the same.  Both were ACC, here is another picture. I ordered from Trim peices in CA, they jerked me for 3 weeks befor telling me cant get the saddle color,,EERRR

waterlife,

Crap-ola! I tried to call this vendor.

The numbers are FAX numbers.

Folks, We do not have many choices out there. Maybe call them (ACC) and tell them it is defective and you want to swap it out.

Not sure what you got but see the extension on the plastic heel / toe pad.

That was on earlier cars and it runs UP the tunnel, so the carpet would be turned

What does the box say it is for ? I suspect you got 65 - 68 carpet

Mustang Market does NOT make carpet

So, who does make the best carpet for our years?

I too have ACC carpet, bought from NPD, supposed to be "the best on the block"!!

I was not that impressed with the fit or quality either. For now it's what I have, but I may change it IF I can find better. Mine was the Nylon loop and it is already "fuzzing" along the top of the door sill. It was installed in 2014.

That's why I went with cut-pile.  I hate the loop stuff.

(I know - I'm not helping... sorry :whistling:  )

NO ONE .... over the years ACC has bought out everyone else, so if you have no competition  :whistling:

I think the only one left might be Trim parts but they are mostly a GM supplier
