Any experience with these roller lifters?

My first question is do 221-302 and 351W share the same lifter as the 351c?

Anyone have any experience with these.  I have had recommendations for using Morrel's.  They are only about $25 more.

scgamecock, the short answer for question #1 is yes.

The early 221-260-289-302 used C2OZ-6500-D lifter which was replaced by the 351C lifter in 1970. The same lifter was also used for the 351M, 400, 429 and 460 engines. The 370-429 heavy truck 385 series engine lifter (D9HZ-6500-A) replaced all previous part numbers and remained in use until the 385 engine production came to an end in 1997.  

The only roller lifters I've personally used are the Ford units in a HO 5.0.   I have had some friends use the Lunati lifters when retrofitting  some 351C and W engines. To my knowledge they have not had any problems. Some members here such as Hemikiller or DonC may be more familiar with these lifters and if they are actually made by Morrel's  as I have heard.

I have those in my engine. They are indeed made by morel.
