Had my 4 week visit to the doctor today after my back surgury he said he was genuinely impressed with me walking 1.5 miles 4 times a day.

Like I told him,"recovery is 95% want to" I'VE GOT THE GREEN LIGHT TO GETBACK IN THE GARAGE IN MODERATION::beer::

1.5 Miles several times a day is darn good for someone who has not had back surgery.
