Nice. About 45 minutes from me. The writer obviously lives in CA, as he has no idea what simply sitting in an unconditioned New England garage does to a car.

Doesn't look like original front seat covers to me.  Looks like the GW interior color code which is what mine has.  There should be "comfort weave" material inside the gray stripes on the front seats but it looks to be just plain white vinyl which seems common in repro covers.  I'm skeptical as it seems most are who have commented and questioned the claim of 7K original miles.

A couple of things that stick out to me as evidence of many more miles:

1) looks like the typical buildup of grime over the sticker on the front of the valve cover

2) paint missing from the horn from miles of wind and rain pelting it.

I believe the seat covers are correct for the Mach 1 Sports Interior Option. It was different from Comfort Weave. My Comfort Weave CW interior is like pic above. Has the other colors mixed in.
