Harbor Freight has their Oxy/Acetylene torch kit on sale for $279, and I used a 20% off coupon for another $28 off. :)

It comes with tanks. It should be good for what I need it for for now.

Its my first torch. Honestly want it to heat the bolts on my exhaust manifold, they are a bit tight. Will work into cutting and welding with it eventually on other stuff (not the Mach most likely lol) Seems a good thing to have.

Heres the link to the kit:

I also went to get the bottles filled today (exchanged for full ones) and was talking to the guy at the welding supply place. Great guy, he restores AMCs. He has to Sc/Ramblers and a couple of AMX. Was talking to him about them and what I will be doing to my car. Spent about 1/2 hour there talking to him. Seems like I found my welding supply place, and will be looking for him at the car shows this summer.

Sounds like a great addition to the tool collection!
Its not bad for the hobbiest. The guy at the welding shop didn't hate on it. He did hate on the lincoln welders at Home Depot vs his though.

With all the old stuff I work on, I probably should have pick up one a while ago.
