Does anyone know a source for these welded in nuts? Or are we just welding in regular off the shelf nuts?

I could use a couple of those on my Ranchero. I'm not sure if they weld in or crimp in place....at least the ones that Im thinking of. They have a square profile and twist out if there's much corrosion on the screw.

Those were crimped into the panel. I'd get some square nuts and weld them into the holes.

My square hole is a bit rounded than before. So, I’ll see what fits. Thanks.
