Did y'all see the video from CJ Pony Parts?  Yeah, I know some people have had bad experiences and will say 'good riddance', but I'm more interested in your thoughts about where the hobby, which also means vendors and suppliers, is going.

April fools...

Too bad, it would be good to be rid of them
Now, I hadn't even considered that!  Ya think so really?

Following up with a "D'oh!!!"  And all I had to do was read to the end of the email...

I like some of the restomod parts they offer (upholstery kits, carpet kits, headlight kits, taillight kits, et al), and in all honesty never really had any issues with getting parts from them.  I have, however, had a few instances where I was waiting for-like-ever for some things that were back-ordered, with zero indication that they were in back order status.  Once I finally checked in with them, they reluctantly fessed up on the back order status, so I cancelled those parts and went with a more 'reliable' vendor.

OMS and NPD are my 'go-to' vendors, unless they don't have something that CJPP does.  It pays to shop around.

Almost had me until he started talking about installing a 7" lift kit and 37" tires on that teal Cobra to give it that proper off-road look!  Of the three colors available for the 93 Mustang Cobra, teal was the rarest. As pristine as that one looks, the Fox people would have stormed the building, handed out some serious A$$ whooping's and set the building on fire!    :D

What a waste of ones, zeros, and production dollars. They should have used the resources to actually stock the parts they advertise for sale. Chuck
