I couldn't tell you. It checks the correct boxes for balance and tooth count. I have seen posts from folks saying that the C6 and E40D flexplates stick out further from the engine than the C4, AOD, and 4R70W ones. And if you look up ford part numbers, they list different flexplates for a lot of the C6/E40D vehicles. Some reports of people running a C6 flexplate with a 4R70W say it pushes the torque converter too far into the transmission and they burned up the pump.Will this flexplate work? https://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G111SFI#overview
