Custom Tail Light Pics

I've been interested in doing custom tail lights and haven't really found many out there that look interesting. Ran into these on Instagram from what appears to be someone in Tehran, Iran. From the translated comments, sounds like the outside is machined aluminum which is pretty cool, not sure about the rest of it. If nothing else, always cool to see these cars and the people that love them in unexpected places.
