EGR block of plate?

Do they make a block off plate for what I am guessing is the EGR port in the intake?  If so can someone post a link?  If they don't how are you guys blocking the hole off?

EGR on a 351C was a spacer under the carb and IIRC did not start until '73. Post a pic of what you're trying to block off.

If it's the ovalish hole with the two bolts on the passenger side of the intake, that's for the choke heat stove and is required for the factory choke to work on the 4300D carb.

Ok I thought that opening had something to do with the egr.  It is the opening on the passenger side of the intake with the 2 bolts shown in barnett468's pic below..  I have a 650 holley (not stock 4777) on mine that does have a mechanical choke on it but the PO blocked off the opening with a piece of metal rough cut into the shape.  I would like to have something that looks better than that.

Or - you can get a stock choke stove and just remove the tubes from the exterior, but leave the interior heater coil.

+1, this is how mine is, looks OK, better than a flat plate, especially if it was a hack job.

If you zoom in on this bad picture you can see the Edelbrock plate on their manifold. It would probably fit.

Thanks everyone. I have an aluminum intake that I plan on putting on and did not want to put the hack job plate on it. I will just leave that plate on the stock intake while its installed.

Well what intake? Just cause it’s aluminum doesn’t mean it’s the right one.
