No it's not, it's just when you carry through with taking it from them that it crosses that line. That engine in the top pic looks very similar to a EFI engine we built for a Cobra replica a few years ago, just had Ford Racing rocker covers on it. I'll have to go through all my crap one day and find some pics of some of engines I've done or seen.
The one I love the most was one at a show, Cleveland with a cross Boss intake with Ford spacers adapted to it and an Autolite inline 4 barrel to cap it off. This thing was full of hard to find Ford Racing stuff from the era, all in a 70 Mustang race car replica.
Spoke with the owner for ages about all of the rare and hard to find stuff on or inside that engine. Don't know what happened to it as I've never seen the car since and that was mid 2000's.
