Frame not in level

Advice needed: My 73 CVs roof frame is not on level after the paint shop visit. I cannot get where is the resistance on the driver's side. Is there any joint to adjust it?

If you loosen the mounting bolts where the frame attaches to the body will the top settle into position? Also, do you have the hydraulics hooked up? They could need to be bled.

Yes, it will level but this is not natural. There is a tension somewhere in the middle I guess. Hydraulics are filled and well bleed, this is not the case for sure.
