got the new HEI distributor

and a huge thank you. i never win anything.. now gotta find the hole it goes into with all the parts needing to be put back together  lollerz

now the wiring.. first where is the ballast resistor or is it a resistor wire ?? also by-passing it to get 12v to the dizzy will it mess up

the tach ??

Glad to see it got your hands there. I have requested wiring information since their website is lacking. From the research I did earlier, it looks like a 12 volt source is needed to run the HEI. I will update this response once I can the information for the HEI.

I looked up the DUI HEI version that is very similar to the TSP.

Here is the TSP response-

Hello,

The wiring is a one wire hook up. On the nose of the distributor you will see

two male tabs. On that says bat which is power will go to the ignition source.

And the other will go to the tach.
