HELP!!! Clearcoat looks like crap

Anything special I need to watch for when doing door jams? Spray these first, then the car?

Yes you do the Jambs first or as we say "cut them in"

Once done & COMPLETELY DRY you then can use a product called aperture tape to mask off the jambs it leaves a soft edge

the proper reducer for the proper temp your spraying will make your life a lot easier, as others have stated... a whole lot easier
