I finally ordered a Raybestos MC36398.

Outlet are 1/2 and 7/16. Hope 1/2 is to the left and 7/16 to the right of the MC (when you face the MC) if not I can open a shop here with spare parts.

Cost me almost the same if I order a small fitting or a complete MC, crazy how much cost the shipping then the taxes.

I should live in America, my Mustang would be like new.

I finally fixed the "old" MC with a new repair kit, I think the leak was coming from the front outlet connection, as the car is raised front the front, the lokheed was dripping along the MC, well, I don't know exactly, just I can see ther is no leak anymore.
