My engine saga is finally coming to an end, soon. My new 408 stroker should be arriving any day.
I have relisted all the old engines parts that I still have left. (most have already been sold) The 351 C which came in the 73 Mach 1 I purchased last December, had a cracked cylinder wall. The engine supposedly only had 13-15,000 miles on it since it was totally rebuilt by T & T Engineering. Yes, I got screwed.
I have moved on, and have gone "all in" for my "once in a lifetime" dream motor, and while it's all apart I'll also added A/C, power windows, new trunk pan and all new interior (from the dynomatting to the dash panels). I am now friends with Don at OMS.
The Stroker will have 540HP (on the dyno, as I write this) I am replacing the T5 which was in it (also for sale) with a TKO 600 to handle the additional HP.
I have reposted all leftover parts from the previous engine in an attempt to push them all out the door...good riddance!!! If they were trash, I would throw them away but I feel someone else may be able to use them. Make me an offer while I am temporarily in a clean out mode.
