Original Hurst Shifter (?)

Hello Fellow Enthusiasts; Came across this 1973 Mustang for sale

it mentions having an "Original Hurst Shifter" (?), My question is...Is the T-Handle Hurst Shifter original to that Mustang from the factory, as I have the ball type Hurst shifter in my 73 Mach 1. Thanks!!!, Mark

Not original in 73 it should be the Ball Shifter. T Handle only used in 71 cars in our years.

The shift lever is correct (Round, instead of flat) but the knob should be the round, black knob with the shift pattern in white. Nice car. I'd really like to have it!
