Interesting, I know I have a new pair of these in a box from years ago when my car was in the body shop. At that time, I didn't see a spot where anything was missing, so I've just kept them. If you guys have the answer as to where these go I'll look too. Maybe I should put them on . I obviously haven't missed them, but if they have a spot they go to, on they will go. I just hate it when my car has parts missing that should be there. Years ago, I bought a "70 442 Olds,W-30 used, from a co-worker. After I took it home, and after a few days, I realized theclimate controls said "AC", but looking at the engine bay, there wasn't any components, although the firewall had the hose fittings jutting out. So....I hit the guy up with questions the following week about the air conditioning missing. "Oh yeah, I took all that off, used the condenser for target practice". Damned people! I ended up getting everything he took off back, and got another condenser. Everything worked and looked right now. Why so many people strip things off that are hard to get puzzles me Maybe he thought the car would be "faster" or more "competition looking". I doubt the AC compressor was going to strain that big 455.
