Passenger side mirror will stay adjusted

Passenger side mirror will stay adjusted. Shut the door or hit a bump and it goes out of adjustment.
I have tried googling but seem to find buy or replace.
Any way to tighten?

Yes, I had this problem which is very common. My "fix" was to revert to my fave go-to product, Black Automotive GOOP. This is a rubbery like sealer/adhesive which stays somewhat flexible. I added a small bead at the ball socket at the back of the mirror base, set the mirror where I needed it and used masking tape to hold it there until the GOOP set. This has worked for about 5 years now. Oh, don't forget to thoroughly clean the area with brake clean or similar.
It's worth a try at least.

Handled it in a similar manner using a very small piece of 3M strip caulk worked into the ball and socket.
